King Norodom Sihamoni Receives Japan’s New Envoy in Phnom Penh
PHNOM PENH, October 16, 2026 — Japanese Ambassador Ishizuki Hideo presented his credentials to His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia on October 16, 2026, formally beginning his diplomatic mission in the Kingdom.
According to the announcement, Ambassador Ishizuki had the honour of presenting his credentials to the Cambodian monarch during a royal audience.
