Hun Manet Praises National Unity Amid External Aggression

Phnom Penh, 14 December 2025 — Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has expressed profound pride in the unwavering strength of Khmer national unity at a time when the nation is confronting serious challenges arising from external aggression by a neighboring country.

In a statement posted on his official Facebook page, the Prime Minister underscored that His Majesty the King, national leaders, civil servants at all levels, and Cambodian citizens of all political views, religions, and backgrounds—both at home and abroad—have stood united as one, firmly supporting the heroic Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and National Police who are courageously carrying out their duties to defend Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Samdech Thipadei emphasized that this great national solidarity stands resolutely behind every soldier and police officer deployed on the front lines, recognizing their bravery, sacrifice, and steadfast commitment to protecting the nation. He called for this powerful spirit of unity to continue serving as a vital source of strength and morale, enabling Cambodia’s armed forces and national police to persevere in their mission to safeguard the homeland.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed that the Royal Government of Cambodia stands shoulder to shoulder with the people, as well as with the nation’s armed forces and national police, at all times and without exception, in the defense of national sovereignty and the protection of the Cambodian people.
