Cambodian PM’s Son Chooses Children’s Hospital for His 9th Birthday

PHNOM PENH, October 9, 2026 — Hun Pichmonyrithyseth, the nine-year-old son of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and First Lady Dr. Pich Chanmony, marked his birthday by visiting Kantha Bopha Children’s Hospital, fulfilling a birthday wish with the help of his mother.

According to the announcement, Dr. Pich Chanmony took her son to the humanitarian hospital in Phnom Penh on Friday, October 9, to celebrate his ninth birthday in a meaningful way.

The visit reflected the young boy’s wish to spend his special day at the renowned children’s hospital, which provides medical care to children in Cambodia.
