SA KAEO, 28 June 2026 – Thai cyber police have arrested two suspected administrators of the illegal online gambling platform “Mix77” following a raid on a house in Sa Kaeo province, as authorities continue efforts to dismantle cross-border gambling networks.

Officers from the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau raided the property in Khlong Nam Sai subdistrict, Aranyaprathet district, on 25 June under a search warrant issued by the Sa Kaeo Provincial Court. Two 27-year-old residents of Sa Kaeo were arrested during the operation.

Police seized a desktop computer, a laptop, a tablet and two mobile phones believed to have been used to operate the gambling website. The house was located about 200 metres from the Cambodian border.

Investigators said the Mix77 platform had been operating for more than a year and had attracted around 45,000 registered members. Authorities estimated the website generated approximately 45 million baht in monthly turnover, equivalent to about 540 million baht annually.

The website allegedly offered a range of illegal betting services, including football betting, lottery, slot machines, baccarat, dragon tiger, sic bo and poker. Users were able to deposit and withdraw money through automated bank transfer systems, while administrators provided customer support and technical assistance.

The two suspects reportedly admitted working as online administrators for the past four to five months, earning salaries of 15,000 baht per month from illegal investors.

During digital forensic examinations, investigators linked the suspects to six additional gambling websites: suk99dd, 99ezbkk, mix77d1, 77acgg, gameplus168.asia and w45.asia. Authorities said the investigation is continuing to identify senior operators and financial beneficiaries.

According to ThaiRath, evidence recovered from the seized electronic devices will be used to trace links between the administrators, financial transactions and related gambling platforms. The suspects face charges related to organising and promoting illegal online gambling through electronic systems without authorisation.
