Officers from Na Jomtien Police Station were called to the condominium at about 7:00pm on 25 June. Police, led by Sub-Lieutenant Akkharadet Piamphumipanya, responded together with rescue personnel from Sattahip.
The victim, identified as David Spooner, 77, was found in the condominium car park with multiple fractures. He was pronounced dead at the scene while investigators secured the area and collected evidence.
